Catherine joined the Armstrong team in March 2023 as Group Head of HR where she is responsible for implementing innovative HR solutions that support organizational growth across the business. She is a registered HR Professional with over 10 years of senior leadership experience across the finance and renewables industries.
Previously, Cathy worked for Arise BV, a boutique investment company focused on partnering with sustainable banks, fintechs and non-banking financial institutions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to that she worked for Turner & Townsend supporting their HR initiatives across their renewables division. Cathy’s expertise covers a wide array of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Cathy has a BA degree in Human Sciences and is a qualified Counsellor.
