Armstrong supports companies and businesses raising equity and debt. Armstrong has raised over £500 million of finance for sustainable businesses since 2013.

We have extensive experience raising equity for businesses under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) initiatives and equity that is eligible for Business Property Relief (BPR).

Established by the UK Government, the EIS provides individuals with the opportunity to support smaller UK businesses that otherwise may find it hard to raise traditional finance. The long-established scheme has now supported over 26,000 individual small and medium sized businesses and raised more than £15.9 billion of funds, via a unique tax efficient structure for investors.

Investments which qualify for BPR can play a role in inheritance tax planning as, provided that the qualifying shares have been owned for at least 2 years at the time of death, they can be passed on free from inheritance tax.

Investments are not suitable for everyone. Therefore, we recommend you seek professional advice before deciding to invest. Capital at risk, please refer to the investment memorandum for each specific opportunity and the respective risk warnings, seeking independent financial, legal and tax advice.

At Armstrong, our objective is to promote investment opportunities that are sustainable, transparent and have a strong economic outlook.  We specialise in managing investments on behalf of our clients that deliver environmental and social benefits.  We work with institutional, corporate, professional and private investors.
